Cancellations
It is our sincere hope that we will be able to meet in person in August in Keystone, CO. If it is not safe to meet in person, we will transition to a virtual conference and issue partial refunds on registrations.
All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to CPHA via email. Refund requests received by Monday, July 19, 2021 will receive a full refund. Refunds received from July 20 through August 10 will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Refunds received from August 11th through August 24th will receive a 50% refund minus a $50 administrative fee. There are no refunds after August 24 or for no-shows. Refunds will be processed 30 days after the event. Substitutions are encouraged.

CHES Credits
An application has been submitted to award continuing education credits for Certified Health Education Specialists (CHES). The National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. has approved SOPHE and its chapters as designated multiple event providers of Continuing Education Contact Hours (CECH). Colorado Society for Public Health Education (COSOPHE) is offering up to 16 entry level continuing education credits for CHES. Your fee ($25 for up to 10 credits; $40 for 10+ credits) can be paid by check (payable to COSOPHE), with cash or VENMO payable to @CO SOPHE. Payment and all paperwork must be returned to the COSOPHEregistration table no later than 12:30 pm on 8/27/21.
