The 2022 Public Health in the Rockies poster session will be held during Welcome Reception, Posters and Ignite on Tuesday, September 27th from 4:45 – 6:00 p.m.
Instructions for Poster Presenters:
Poster Set-up
The poster session is scheduled on the first day of the conference, Tuesday, September 27, 2022 from 4:45 – 6:00 p.m. in the Quandary Peak Rooms & Longs Peak Ballroom. You and your poster should be in the Poster Exhibition area in the ballroom during this time. The idea is for presenters and conference participants to engage with each other over the poster subject. Please set up your poster in the morning during breakfast (the poster boards will be available) or between 4:15-4:45pm on Tuesday, September 27th. Please remove your poster right after the poster session at 6:00pm on Tuesday. Posters not removed at that time will be recycled.
Preparing the Poster
Presentations should be designed and printed at a size of 36-42” height x 36-72” width and as a landscape layout, NOT portrait layout. The posters will be affixed to a poster display board (the overall dimension of the board is 4’ (tall) x 8’ (wide). Please have your poster printed before arriving at the conference. You can also provide handouts to attendees if you wish, and will need to provide your own copies.
