All rates are subject to appropriate state, local, and any occupancy rates in effect at the time of the Group’s meeting. Group rates are available four (4) days prior and four (4) days following the conference dates. For accommodations at Keystone Lodge & Spa or Keystone-managed condominiums, there is a daily resort fee of $25.00 per room or condo plus tax, per night. *The Hyatt Place has only one parking spot per reservation*

*** Government employees attending the conference are required to pay with a Government Issued payment or Procurement Card in order to receive tax-exempt status. This information must be given when the reservation is made. Please note that you will need to apply for reimbursement – taxes will not be taken off at reservation.

Deposit:

All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Seven days before arrival, the non-refundable final deposit is due and will be equal to any remaining balance including room rate and all applicable taxes and fees. The resort will not hold any reservations unless secured by the deposit. Upon check-in, each guest will be required to present a valid credit card, on which an amount of sufficient pre-authorization can be obtained to cover all applicable room charges for the length of the guest’s stay, plus the anticipated use of the Resort’s services. All charges which are the direct responsibility of the individual must be paid in full upon departure either by check, cash, or credit card. The Resort will make an effort to accommodate special requests depending on availability.

Cancellation:
Cancellations for individual guest rooms made within seven days of arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the entire reservation period and all applicable taxes and fees. Any
deposits received will be utilized towards said cancellation fee and any outstanding balance will be charged to the credit card on file. Reservations are refundable if canceled outside 7 days of arrival.
