CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to CPHA via email. Refund requests received by Thursday, August 15, 2024, will receive a full refund. Refunds received from August 16th through September 1st will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Refunds received from September 2nd through September 15th will receive a 50% refund minus a $50 administrative fee.

There are no refunds after September 16th or for no-shows. Refunds will be processed 30 days after the event. Substitutions are encouraged.
